What an absolute Gem! We just could not fault the food and service (we were 9 guests) Super friendly staff that speaks fluent english and the menus had english description at every meal option.It is situated away and off the main tourist track which makes me realise it is a restaurant that caters for the locals and the pricing truly reflects this. I will highly recommend HIMALAYA when visiting Milan!

The restaurant is small, but the environment is very good. It is recommended to go early for dinner, or call to make a reservation~
grigillata mista: The grilled meat platter includes 1 veal and pork sausage, 2 pork neck rolls and 3 lamb offal rolls. The veal and pork sausages are pretty good, and the lamb offal is also delicious. I especially want to recommend the pork neck rolls to my friends! If you eat it while it&#39;s hot, the outside is a little crispy, but the inside is very tender, and the meat is very fresh and delicious.
- Bombette: There are only 2 pork neck rolls in the platter, which is not enough, so I ordered another plate (5 pieces) directly. There are two sauces, and I think it goes better with mayonnaise mixed with lime.
- salsiccia dei nebrodi: The black pork sausage is made into a sandwich, and the watercress station is chosen, which is more classic with the sausage. The bread is a little crispy after being toasted, and the black pork sausage minced meat is quite large, still juicy and delicious. The watercress is slightly sour, and the combination with the lemon mayonnaise and black pork is very refreshing.

The small restaurant is not big and the environment is very good. It is recommended to go early for dinner, or call to make an appointment. ～grigillata mista : There is a piece of meat sausage mixed with beef and pork in the barbecue platter, 2 pieces of pork neck meat rolls and 3 pieces of sheep rolls. The veal and pork sausage are not bad, and the lamb is quite delicious. I especially want to crazy Amway to give my friends a pig neck meat roll! If you eat while it is hot, the outside roast is a bit crispy, but the inside is very tender and very delicious. - Bombette: There are only 2 pieces of pork neck slices in the platter. It is not enough. I ordered a plate (5 pieces) and gave two sauces.
